Offshore Methods Engineer- FANO

As Offshore Methods Engineer , you will join our Department INSTMET conducting the following activities: Responsibilities The engineer will be part of the Subsea Installation Engineering team, developing procedures and applying installation methods and techniques to deploy subsea components and subcomponents of a hydrocarbons field development for both deep and shallow water applications. Coordinate use of specialized construction vessels and equipment for installing subsea components such as manifolds, jumpers, flexible flowlines, rigid pipelines, risers, power and control system links (e.g., fiber optic), flying leads and umbilicals, jackets, decks, etc. Support technical proposals or participate in the execution phase of EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation) or T&I (Transport and Installation) projects for the relevant area and discipline. Collaborate with other subsea method engineers and draftsmen and report to a Lead Methods Engineer. Be available for short missions or long-term international assignment contracts on a project basis (typical durations of one or two years). Qualifications Graduate with university degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering. Fluent in English (verbal and written). 1 or 2 years of experience in installation engineering is a plus. IT Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Microsoft Project a plus); AutoCAD. Soft skills: Flexibility, problem solving, initiative, results focus, and strong communication.
