The Role Kyndryl is looking for an Application Test Manager and Quality Assurance Software Engineer who is passionate about delivering top-notch cloud-based application testing services to our clients. You will be at the forefront of ensuring that our software platforms meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance, through setting up and growing Application Test Factory in terms of people, processes, and tools. As an Application & Test Manager, you will use your expertise to define test strategies, test specifications, test cases, and test plans based on design documentation, business specifications, and high-level designs. You will develop, implement, and execute processes to validate, track, and report on software quality and performance. Your role will include developing, executing, and maintaining automation test cases for acceptance, integration, and regression testing for different releases, modules, and technologies. You will also be responsible for leading quality engineering discussions and mentoring QA Engineers in debugging, planning, and domain expertise. Key Responsibilities Define and manage test strategies, test plans, and test cases for large enterprise applications Develop and maintain automation test scripts for regression, acceptance, and integration testing Collaborate with engineering squads and stakeholders to ensure validation of requirements Lead quality engineering discussions and mentor QA Engineers Drive efficiency through automation, integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of enterprise platforms through rigorous testing Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and support application delivery Being You Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from; it’s how we think and who we are.
