Overview We are seeking a Senior Marketing & Customer Service Manager to lead Bertone’s global brand development and drive measurable growth through marketing, lead generation, and high-level client engagement. This role is pivotal in shaping and communicating the Bertone identity, while also generating and converting sales opportunities with high-net-worth collectors, dealers, and partners worldwide. The ideal candidate blends strategic marketing expertise with customer relationship management, bringing creativity, innovation, and performance focus to Bertone’s next chapter. Location Location: This role is based in Roquebrune-sur-Argens (France) and requires a relocation to France. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Brand Development Define and implement 360° global marketing strategies across digital, print, events, and partnerships. Lead international product launches, private previews, and high-profile events from concept to execution. Oversee digital marketing, including social media, content creation, influencer partnerships, email campaigns, and activations. Manage media relations, press communications, and engagement with automotive and luxury lifestyle journalists. Develop co-branded campaigns, storytelling initiatives, and luxury lifestyle activations to elevate Bertone’s global image. Customer & Relationship Management Build and nurture relationships with HNW and UHNW clients, collectors, and partners worldwide. Oversee client engagement strategies to strengthen long-term loyalty and brand advocacy. Represent Bertone at international automotive and luxury events, ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Support leadership with structured reporting and insights on customer trends, marketing impact, and engagement metrics. Performance & Analytics Set and track KPIs for marketing and customer management. Analyze campaign effectiveness and client engagement to optimize strategies and maximize ROI. Provide leadership with clear visibility through structured performance reports. Requirements 7–10 years of marketing and customer management experience, ideally within automotive, luxury goods, or lifestyle industries. Proven expertise in brand development, integrated marketing campaigns, and high-profile event management. Strong track record in client engagement with HNW audiences. Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to measure and optimize marketing impact. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; fluency in English and French required, Italian is a strong plus. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset, comfortable working in a boutique luxury environment. Why join us?
