The Private Client Manager at Tiffany & Co. is a key Brand Ambassador, embodying the Tiffany brand in every interaction. They will represent and uphold the Brand through their presence in the community, on social media, and at all networking and Brand activation events. They are responsible for developing strategies for acquiring, engaging, retaining, and growing High Net Worth clients, with a focus on High Jewelry sales. The PCM is a commercial leader with a global mindset, applying impeccable service and bespoke experiences. They will collaborate with country and zone partners, including Client Relations, to strategize and deliver exciting experiences for Tiffany clients. Their work aims to achieve and surpass commercial targets and increase market share. The PCM will represent and reinforce the Tiffany brand at internal and external regional events, identifying and cultivating high-potential clients. They will develop strategies to build sales through outreach, identify and capture client data for personalized experiences, and foster influential relationships, all while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and discretion. The passion for Tiffany must be consistently conveyed. The role requires extensive discretion and independent judgment. The PCM will build lasting relationships with influential clients, celebrating Tiffany’s history and provenance, and creating memorable experiences by staying abreast of trends in luxury retail and lifestyle. They will also help reinforce the Brand’s image through client purchases and public use. Role Accountabilities : Achieve and exceed sales targets through expert consultative selling and participation in High Jewelry events. Prospect and develop relationships with existing High Net Worth clients. Maintain knowledge of local jewelry market trends and pricing; understand and leverage competitive brand qualities to close sales. Collaborate with store and market leadership to create exclusive experiences that differentiate the brand. Demonstrate commercial excellence by creating unparalleled client experiences and upholding the Tiffany brand standards. Qualifications 5 years of experience in luxury client development Deep understanding of the luxury lifestyle Proven success in closing High Jewelry sales Strong relationship-building skills with High Net Worth clients Impeccable self-presentation Ability to translate luxury experience into strategic knowledge Market trend analysis and strategic planning skills Ability to develop brand image strategies Ability to work independently with sound judgment and discretion Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends J-18808-Ljbffr J-18808-Ljbffr
