Mobile Electrical Engineer London and the home countries £46,000 overtime and company van Brief Mobile Electrical Engineer needed for a well-known Facilities Management organisation based in London who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Mobile Electrical Engineer that takes pride in their work with an in-depth knowledge of diagnosing and repairing faults on electrical systems, components, and lighting. The successful candidate must have a recognized EITB/CITB apprenticeship as well as NVQ Level 2 (minimum) in Electrical Engineering. Ticket wise - AM2 and 18th Edition is required. Benefits Salary: £40,000 - £46,000 per annum Company Van 24 day's holiday Variable annual bonus based 5-15% Pension Plan Career Progression What the role entails: Some of the main duties of the Mobile Electrical Engineer will include: Diagnose and repair faults on electrical systems, components, and lighting. Maintain up-to-date site electrical compliance records and document all defects/remedial actions. Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to reactive jobs using a CAFM system. Carry out emergency lighting tests, RCD testing, distribution board inspections, and more. Supervise and liaise with subcontractors during service visits and quoted works. Support the helpdesk with breakdowns of A/C and refrigeration units. Be part of the on-call rota for out-of-hours support. Contribute to the production of compliance documentation, quotations, and condition reports. Adhere to and promote company SHEQ and Health & Safety policies at all times.
