Job Title: Multi Trade Operative Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Sector: Property Services Location: London Borough of Ealing Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 Salary: £36,720.00 per annum A well-established local contractor specialising in social housing maintenance is looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join their team. This is a long-term opportunity to carry out high-quality repairs and refurbishments across a range of domestic properties in Ealing. Responsibilities: Carrying out reactive repairs and planned maintenance in both occupied and void properties Installing and repairing doors, windows, locks, worktops, kitchen units, and bathrooms. Completing general plumbing tasks, painting and decorating, and plastering. Using a handhold electronic device to receive job instructions, update progress, and log completed works.
