Support residents with personal care, meal preparation, laundry, cleaning, and social activities. Maintain effective communication with service users, families, and colleagues while respecting confidentiality. Keep accurate records and notes as required. Work across our Barnet Supported Living services, including weekends and bank holidays. What We’re Looking For A Diploma in Health & Social Care, or willingness to work towards one. Previous experience in care (desirable, but not essential – full training provided). Positivity, friendliness, and resilience under pressure. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team. A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable adults.
