Wake Night Support Worker – Female (2 Positions) Location: Barnet Supported Living ServicesSalary: £12.71 per hourHours: 35 hours About the Role We are seeking two dedicated Female Wake Night Support Workers to join our Barnet Supported Living Services team. You will provide overnight care and support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity throughout the night. This role involves working flexibly on a rota, including weekends and bank holidays, to meet the needs of our service users. What We’re Looking For Female applicants only (Genuine Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010).Diploma in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards one).Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs (desirable – full training provided).Reliability, compassion, and resilience.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
