STAGE - Events Assistant

Location : Paris 75001 Reports to : Events Director Status : Internship – Full Time – 6 months Mission Coordination événementielle : Participer à la réalisation et au suivi des événements en France et à l’international. Recherche de nouveaux lieux, prestataires, artistes et tendances Aide sur la logistique et la production des événements externes et internes : défilés, diners, soirées et projets artistiques (expositions, showcases etc.) Recherche prestataires et mobilier Demande de devis Elaboration des bons de commandes Gestion et suivi prestataires Réponse aux appels d’offres et traitement avec les fournisseurs Participation et négociation pour la confirmation des contrats Traitement et envoi des documents marketing Aide au développement de la nouvelle activité de l’agence en pleine expansion. Administration de l’équipe : Gestion de l’inventaire du stock événementiel : entrées, sorties et relances Aide administrative : prise de note en envoi des comptes-rendus des team meetings, réservations de vols et hôtels Benchmark / Guidelines / Archives : Benchmark des événements de Maison concurrentes Mise à jour des guidelines Aide à l’archivage Profil Issu(e) d’une formation type école de commerce ou communication (bac3 à bac5) Idéalement une première expérience significative de stage dans la production événementielle ou shootings Anglais courant obligatoire Appétence pour le luxe et la communication événementielle indispensable Maîtrise avancée du Pack Office Orthographe irréprochable À compétence égale, priorité aux bénéficiaires de l'obligation d'emploi.
