Responsibilities Fornire supporto tecnico avanzato ai tecnici di 1° livello e ai clienti. Diagnosticare e risolvere problemi hardware e software relativi alle vending machine. Gestire e monitorare le richieste di assistenza tramite ticketing system. Qualifications Diploma di perito elettronico o informatico Conoscenza di sistema operativo linux Buone capacità di problem solving gradita esperienza come tecnico o sul campo o di assistenza remota Buone capacità di relazionarsi con i clienti Offerte e Condizioni SI OFFRE: Contratto in somministrazione finalizzato all\'assunzione a tempo indeterminato.
