Digital Marketing Executive | Full-Time (4 DAY WEEK) | Leeds, West Yorkshire | £30,000 per annum Permanent | Office-Based | Monday to Thursday | Central Leeds (2 mins from train station) We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Leeds, West Yorkshire. This is a full-time role across 4 days (9am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday) – perfect if you’re seeking a better work-life balance without compromising on variety, challenge, or career growth. At PS Website Design, we’re an established company with over 15 years’ experience, specialising in bespoke websites, custom systems, AI integrations, and digital marketing. You’ll support the Marketing Manager across a wide range of digital activities – from campaign planning and paid media to automation, social content, and landing page optimisation. What you’ll be doing Marketing Automation & CRM * Support the evaluation and implementation of automation tools * Help build workflows, lead nurturing journeys, and trigger-based campaigns * Assist with client CRM improvements and segmentation CRM Onboarding * Support setup and configuration of new CRM systems for clients * Assist with contact imports, tagging, and user setup * Help map and build initial workflows for lead capture and follow-up * Create simple CRM guides or training videos for internal/client use * Test and review onboarding processes to ensure a smooth start Social Media & Content * Manage scheduling and content across major platforms * Develop creative ideas and help shape brand tone/vibe * Track engagement and report on performance Paid Media & Campaigns * Support with the setup and monitoring of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns * Write and test ad copy variations * Analyse and report on campaign effectiveness Email Marketing * Build, test, and send campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp * Optimise subject lines, CTAs, and layouts * Track and report on performance metrics Landing Pages & Conversion * Help plan and optimise landing page structures * Collaborate with design and dev teams on content, layout, and testing * Monitor and improve page conversion performance SEO & Analytics * Assist with keyword research, metadata, and on-page optimisation * Monitor rankings, site traffic, and technical issues * Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and aHrefs Copywriting & AI Prompting * Write compelling short-form content for ads, emails, and social posts * Support with prompt creation for AI tools like ChatGPT * Maintain consistent, brand-aligned messaging What we’re looking for 3 years’ experience in digital marketing (agency or client side) Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills Practical experience with social media, email marketing, and digital content Knowledge of SEO, social media advertising, and analytics tools Experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) A collaborative approach and a positive attitude What we offer A 4-day working week (Monday to Thursday – full pay) £30,000 per annum salary A supportive, positive, and fun team environment Based in Central Leeds – just 2 minutes’ walk from the train station Work-life balance built into the role Casual dress code Real variety and involvement across digital marketing disciplines Opportunities to learn, grow, and progress How to apply If this sounds like the right role for you, we’d love to hear from you.
