Job Description
Render a comprehensive pro-active Security Service; Liaise with the Client and handle all internal queries; Sustain Growth and profitability; Co-ordinate all Management functions within your Area; Increase and sustain the performance and productivity of all staff in the Branch; Ensure adherence to Group and Divisional Policies and Standard Operating Procedures; Planning and Management; Financial Management; Sales and Marketing; Personnel Management and Human Resource Development; Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills: Grade 12 Certificate; PSIRA Registered with a Grade A certificate; Firearm Competency; Minimum of 5 years experience in Senior Management; Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record; Able to work under pressure; Adaptable to regular change; Good knowledge of the ISO procedures; MS Office Computer literate; Sound Communication Skill (Verbal and Written); Fully Bilingual ; Excellent Client liaison and Administration skills; Good interpersonal skills, good command of English language and strong leadership abilities; Code 8 drivers license; Own Transport and accommodation;
