Responsibilities Assist the recruitment team in managing the end-to-end hiring process. Create and post job advertisements on various platforms and social media channels. Screen and shortlist resumes to identify potential candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the hiring manager. Maintain organized candidate records. Prepare interview materials and provide support during candidate evaluation processes. Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies. Proven experience in an administrative role is an advantage. Must have passed Grade 12/ NQF L4 or equivalent. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build rapport with candidates. Proficiency in using recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite. A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
