Junior RF Optimization Engineer

What are we looking for? We are currently looking for Junior RF Optimization Engineer What will your day-to-day work be like? Assist in tracking daily departmental tasks, mainly including network security management and team capability development. Join delivery projects to start learning radio network optimization through hands-on work, we will provide guidance After acquiring basic optimization skills, act as the communication interface between the frontline project team and R&D in China, supporting on-site issue resolution and solution adaptation. Job requirements: Entry-level engineer; Fresh graduates or those who have graduated within 1.5 year. Background in science or engineering preferred, with strong logical thinking skills. Proactive and eager to learn and grow. Chinese is a must, being able to describe professional needs in Chinese is not just about everyday conversation. Willing and planning to develop a long-term career in this field (wireless optimization and related), with potential career growth opportunities based on skill development and project performance.
