The Role: We are looking for a driven team player who will take ownership of the profitable management of our Kingston Grain Depot. This role requires someone who is: Humble enough to serve farmers and customers with respect and integrity. Hungry to achieve operational, financial, and strategic goals. Smart in decision-making, problem-solving, and leading teams. Bold in taking initiative and driving continuous improvement. A true team player who builds trust and collaboration across people and processes. Requirements Grade 12 or NQF4 qualification. Successful completion of the New Manager's Program (or equivalent). 35 years proven management experience in the grain industry. Completion of all relevant grain grading and silo operating courses. Strong ability to align with and achieve organizational, operational, and strategic goals. Computer literacy in MS Office. Key Responsibilities Ensure continuous grain flow and protection through monitoring, fumigation, and tube temperature management. Oversee grain tube measurement in line with policy and safety standards. Manage input trade duties, silo operations, and inventory. Handle financial and administrative management with precision. Lead infrastructure upkeep and general management duties. Deliver excellent customer service to farmers and stakeholders. Inspire and guide your team to achieve together.
