The Role Executive search is a specialised form of recruitment, focusing on placing only senior level individuals in the US market. We're talking: Presidents, CEOs, CFOs, Project Executives within the Construction, Life Sciences, Technology or Renewables Market. As an Executive Search Consultant you will be: Sourcing high calibre candidates using cutting-edge recruitment software. Building strong relationships with clients to understand their strategic goals and hiring needs. Managing the process from interview to offer stage.
