About the Role We are looking for a Digital Communication Professional on a fixed-term contract to substitute a maternity leave. They will contribute to the development and implementation of Coesia Digital Communications activities, ensuring alignment of all online and offline communications to corporate visual identity and tone-of-voice guidelines. Interacting directly with internal and external stakeholders, main activities include continuous improvement of online performance. Key Responsibilities include: Defining the social media strategy based on Companies’ objectives, create and implement the editorial plan for the companies, manage the social channels. Defining the advertising strategy (Linkedin and Google ADS) on social media channels within the external agencies and according to the companies’ objectives. Creating briefs for the new contents, DEMs and advertising tools. Monitoring performance of online activities and adjusting them accordingly to ensure communications objectives are met. Liaising within the marketing & communications department and external agencies to develop and constantly improve dashboards and KPIs for performance monitoring. Supporting other business divisions with expertise and on-demand requests within the same scope of competence in digital communications Ensuring digital communication activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards. The position will be based in Offanengo (CR), Italy. What You Need to Be Successful Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. Fluent English (written and spoken). Proven experience in digital marketing, communication, or a related field. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools. Knowledge of email marketing platforms, SEO, and online advertising.
