Sport Science Intern – Juventus Football Club Turin, Italy | Full-Time | Paid Internship Are you passionate about sports, science, and football? Your Mission You’ll be a key contributor to the Football Area, supporting Sport Science evaluation and monitoring activities across both the Male and Female Youth Sectors. What You’ll Do Conduct functional assessments of athletes in male and female teams Monitor and analyze training sessions Evaluate training loads and provide feedback for youth categories Analyze anthropometric data from grassroots and youth sectors Support research, education, and development initiatives within the R&D department What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science (Master’s preferred) Experimental thesis and certifications in Sport Science & Performance are a plus Previous experience in training monitoring and data analysis (e.g., university projects, internships, personal initiatives) is an advantage Technical Skills Solid understanding of training theory and methodology, ideally in football Ability to interpret and apply international scientific literature Basic skills in descriptive statistics Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Familiarity with monitoring systems (heart rate monitors, GPS) Experience with neuromuscular assessment tools (dynamometers, force platforms) Soft Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Team-oriented mindset Good command of written and spoken English Fluency in Italian is mandatory Collaboration You’ll work closely with technical staff, medical teams, and athletes.
