You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow in a dynamic and innovative environment. Main Responsibilities: Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the selling floor. Motivate sales staff to meet sales and productivity goals. Develop sales strategies for different product categories and clientele, including local and tourist markets. Be aware of local trading environment impacts on sales. Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen relationships with VIP clients. Maintain and grow client and prospect databases. Organize events to expand the customer base, focusing on building the local market. Implement in-store marketing initiatives. Ensure high customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations. Support omni-channel activities, ensuring compliance with standards. Hire, evaluate, train, and discipline staff in line with company policies; support staff development. Manage inventory accuracy, merchandise assortment, stock levels, and buying trends. Oversee store operations, including sales reporting, stock protection, and loss prevention. Ensure accurate sales recording and payment processing. Maintain zero cash shortages. Communicate brand values through excellent customer service and create a welcoming store atmosphere. Maintain merchandising standards reflecting the brand's spirit of excellence. Lead by example, fostering team spirit and embodying the brand's attitude of entrepreneurship, togetherness, excellence, and creativity. Participate actively in the store managers community, sharing best practices and feedback. Implement clienteling initiatives and events to foster loyalty and increase spending. Conduct energizing team briefings and motivate staff consistently. Collaborate with retail operations, sales, stock, buying, visual merchandising, finance, HR, and logistics teams. Requirements: Bachelor degree or higher. Minimum 5 years of store management experience, preferably in a luxury brand. Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams. Self-motivated, autonomous, results-driven. Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching, and feedback skills. Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
