Inside Sales Representative

Omschrijving For one of our international clients, we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships and identifying commercial opportunities. Based in a modern office in Dordrecht, you will be responsible for customers in the Nordics and Eastern Europe. This is a perfect opportunity for recent graduates or candidates with some initial work experience who want to grow in an international B2B sales setting. Speaking an Eastern European language is a plus, but fluent English is essential. What you will do: Build and maintain daily contact with customers - turning relationships into long-term partnerships. Work with our Outside Sales colleagues to create tailor-made solutions. Prepare and follow up on quotations, making sure they turn into orders. Be proactive: upsell, cross-sell, and spot new business opportunities. Process and track orders with precision and care. Contribute to our sales targets - and celebrate the wins with your team! What you bring: Bachelor degree (or equivalent experience). Experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service is a plus - but not required. A proactive mindset - you enjoy reaching out instead of just waiting for requests. Strong communication skills and a love for working with people from different cultures. Well-organized, accurate, and eager to take ownership. Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Excellent English, spoken and written. Speaking an Eastern European language or Dutch? Great bonus, but not a must.
