Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and highly motivated Analyst Trainee to support our Investment team. This opportunity requires combining analytical skills with interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities. The ideal candidate has: Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, engineering, mathematics, or statistics; Solid analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail; Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis (e.g., DCF modelling, risk analysis, comparable analysis) and key investment metrics (IRR, NPV, MOIC, transaction multiples, yields); Progress toward CFA, CAIA, or similar professional designation is highly valued; Strong planning and organizational skills in a team environment; Ability to conduct research and gather information; Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential. Build and maintain detailed discounted cash flow (DCF) and financial models to evaluate potential acquisitions, developments, and portfolio strategies; Support Directors and Associate Directors in underwriting analysis of institutional-level real estate transactions, including deal screening, financial analysis, and scenario testing; Assist senior members in preparing investment memoranda, pitch books, and presentations, clearly articulating value drivers, risks, and sensitivities; Monitor market trends, macroeconomic data, and capital markets activity to identify new investment opportunities and provide up-to-date benchmarking; What other skills are essential to fit this role 100%?
