Engineer - Architect | Tender Department

Our Rome office is seeking graduates in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering and Architecture to join the Business Development team focused on preparing technical offers for tenders for public and private clients. You will be part of an integrated team working with partners. Responsibilities Contribute to the preparation of technical offers for tender submissions to public and private clients. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and external partners across design and construction phases. Assist in coordinating technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Support business development activities and client communications as needed. Qualifications Graduates in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture (Rome office). Strong technical knowledge with good organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; able to work autonomously when required and meet deadlines; strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with graphic software such as InDesign and Photoshop is required. 3–5 years of experience in the sector. Good level of English is an additional qualification.
