Senior Applications Healthcare Consultant DXC Technology Italy is seeking a Senior Applications Healthcare Consultant to join our Applications Practice. Healthcare & Local Government industry teams will involve in various engagements supporting our clients (Public and Private) during their Digital Transformation journeys. In Applications, we collaborate across capabilities to co-create innovative solutions, enhance customer and employee experiences, and implement differentiated products, services, processes, and technology platforms. Our goal is to transform client complexities into value through agile governance and change management frameworks. Responsibilities Design IT architectures and frameworks (organizations and processes) Conduct IT cost-benefit analysis in healthcare or public administration domains Analyze and redesign healthcare or public sector processes Perform market analysis to support building partnerships for new services Draft project documentation (technical and functional) Participate in large digital transformation projects with cross-functional teams Contribute to project methodologies, tools, and workstep execution Assist in client management and relationship building Requirements Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics 2-5 years of experience in management consulting within healthcare or public sector Passion for healthcare or public sector domains Fluent in Italian and proficient in English (both oral and written) Strong relational and analytical skills, proactive attitude, team player, willing to travel and focus on goals Location : Naples with remote work possibility.
