Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Dialysis Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/23/2025 Duration: 12 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Dialysis Location: Livonia, MI Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 hours/day (40 hours/week) Job Summary: T he Registered Nurse (RN) provides leadership in delivering quality, compassionate patient care within the dialysis unit. Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—the RN delivers direct care, supervises support staff, and educates patients and families. Communication with healthcare team members is essential to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and provide professional nursing services in a dialysis setting. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Ensure accurate documentation of care and compliance with clinical standards. Participate in solutions for patient care variances and implement changes. Float to nearby dialysis locations when needed. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 1-year chronic dialysis experience. Strong clinical judgment and ability to create care plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with Infian Time EMR (preferred). Competency testing required on the first day of the contract.
