In this role, you’ll step into classrooms, keep learning on track, and provide the stability students need when their regular teachers are unavailable. Compensation $90–$120 per day (Rates depend on education level and/or valid teaching certification) What You’ll Do Carry out lessons using plans provided by the classroom teacher Build a positive, safe, and structured environment where students can thrive Motivate students to participate while managing classroom behavior effectively Supervise students not only in class but also during recess, lunch, and transitions Assign, collect, and review work that supports instructional goals Track attendance and communicate updates or concerns with school staff Partner with educators and administrators to strengthen learning outcomes For long-term roles: design and deliver lesson plans that align with curriculum standards Schedule Monday–Friday availability preferred Full Day: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Half Day: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM What We’re Looking For Associate degree or 60 college credit hours (required) Bachelor’s degree or teaching certification (preferred) At least 1 year of childcare or classroom experience Clear communication skills and confident classroom presence Dependable transportation and punctuality Why Teachers Now?
