Reinforcement of the Core Values and Mission Statement of The Little Gym, understanding the philosophy and program, and communicating information accurately and professionally to team and customers. Responsibilities: Teach GREAT classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method Lead a team in providing outstanding customer service and membership experience second to none Manage day-to-day operations of classes and parties Manage, and oversee the training of staff Maintain facility and equipment Sell The Little Gym program to new customers Lead/Assist amazing Birthday Parties and special events based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (dont worry, well teach you how!) Guests walk out of our Birthday Parties wanting to have their party at The Little Gym too! Qualifications: Experience working with children Gymnastics background Willing to work nights and weekends Customer service experience Management or leadership experience Excellent time management skills Great attitude and strong work ethic Love to have fun and not only smiles easily but finds joy in making others smile As a part of The Little Gym team, you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe.
