To establish, embed and continuously strengthen a culture of support, challenge, accountability, and trust across our schools by leading best-practice school improvement. The role of school improvement partner is to collaborate with school leaders and advise on ensuring continuous school improvement priorities and projects in delivering, monitoring and evaluating the Cognita Assurance Framework. The importance of effective governance, as framed by the Cognita Assurance Framework, is a key facet of the role and building and maintaining positive professional relationships is a core function.
