Junior Color Specialist

Your Role As a Junior Color Specialist , you’ll support the development of color and material proposals for our eyewear collections. You’ll contribute to the creative process by researching trends, organizing materials, and collaborating with different teams to bring innovative ideas to life. What You’ll Do Support the research of global color and material trends Assist in developing new color concepts based on brand guidelines and market insights Collaborate with Design, Technical, and Procurement teams to ensure feasibility and quality of proposals Help organize and maintain the color library and archives Participate in color testing and sample reviews Prepare visual materials for internal presentations (mood boards, samples, etc.) Attend trade shows and vendor visits when needed Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree (or currently completing studies) in Fashion, Design, Art, or a related field Previous internship or short experience in fashion, design, or product development is a plus Strong interest in colors, materials, and fashion trends Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Good organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word); familiarity with Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Availability to travel occasionally What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Flexible Work From Home policy – up to 40% of your working week A chance to grow within a global leader in the eyewear industry A supportive and inclusive culture that values creativity, diversity, and teamwork Who We are Marchon Eyewear, Inc. is one of the world's largest manufacturers and distributors of quality eyewear and sunwear.
