If you have recently completed your studies and are motivated for an international career, we are looking for you to join our HR International Graduate Program ! The position offers a direct employment contract at one of our international projects in Canada, Romania, or Saudi Arabia, with an initial training period. Therefore, availability for international relocation and a strong desire to learn are essential! Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating with the project HR team on activities such as: recruitment and selection of local/international personnel; developing reports on HR KPIs; applying procedures and processes for managing foreign personnel; personnel administration; documentation related to employment contracts; maintaining fruitful relationships with internal and external stakeholders. What we expect from you: Motivation for professional growth in human resources management; Willingness to relocate internationally; Bachelor's or master's degree; a master's in HR Management is preferred; Good proficiency in Microsoft Office; Fluent in English; Excellent command of Italian; knowledge of additional languages is a plus; Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
