This role involves supporting our Control Techniques Dynamics portfolio, providing both strategic and hands-on support to ensure customer satisfaction and product adoption. The engineer will support regional drive centers and manage commercial activities including support, quotations, bid coordination, and customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Support management for commercial products Prepare quotations and proposals Support regional segments Coordinate bids and analyze profitability Provide application engineering and technical support Deliver training and enablement Gather product feedback and manage lifecycle Collaborate cross-functionally Monitor performance and implement improvements Build customer advocacy and relationships Travel Requirements: Minimum 25% travel, including overnight stays and out-of-hours meetings.
