Business System Analyst

Posizione We are currently seeking enthusiastic university graduates or graduating students to start and build a fulfilling career within our dynamic Project Management Office in Lucca. We are looking for individuals interested in the latest technologies to make an impactful contribution. You will work as part of a team managing all implementations for Internal Applications, providing solutions for internal employees. This role offers the opportunity to work in a highly dynamic company, venturing into Information Technology within a global and enjoyable work environment. You will collaborate with various departments and external partners, becoming part of a team that values continuous improvement at all levels. You will develop a blend of advisory and technical skills, helping you craft effective strategies and implement them. Collaboration will be central as you work closely with colleagues, partners, and vendors. What You'll Do : You will contribute to delivering value for our internal employees, participating in projects such as implementing new tools like Professional Services Automation, Fleet Management solutions, data integrations, or innovative pilots like Machine Learning. You will work with stakeholders to define requirements and with senior colleagues to deliver solutions. You may also work on streamlining processes, identifying bottlenecks, analyzing root causes, tracking benefits, and implementing business improvements. You will support various applications (SAP, Salesforce, Certinia, ChangePoint, Concur, Egencia, Workday, etc.), applying your knowledge of business systems to perform routine technical tasks and actively participate in ongoing projects. You should be a natural problem solver—curious, persistent, and driven—to find solutions. You will collaborate to understand business needs and develop process and technology improvements to meet those goals. If you have a keen interest in a career in Project Management, your skills and experience will determine your involvement in specific projects. What We're Looking For : You are currently studying or have completed a degree in a relevant technical and business field (e.g., Management Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Business Informatics, Economics, Business Administration, or similar). You possess good interpersonal and communication skills, willing to engage with various business roles and stakeholders effectively. Interest in working with technology, enterprise systems, data integration, and machine learning. Lingue straniere: Knowledge of Italian (native) and English (B2-C1 level) is required.
