Midweight Graphic Designer - Creative Agency *Experience with Charities/Non Profit Organizations* A well-established creative agency in London is seeking a Midweight Graphic Designer to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on role, ideal for a designer who is confident across brand, print, and digital, and is looking to contribute to a wide range of projects across sectors. The Role Create thoughtful and effective design solutions across brand identities, campaigns, print, and social media Collaborate with senior creatives and support junior designers Take projects from concept to delivery with attention to detail and craft Engage in creative thinking and contribute to strategic discussions What We're Looking For A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and visual storytelling Skilled in layout, typography, and Adobe Creative Suite Experience designing for both static and motion-based social content Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset Bonus Skills Motion design or video editing Experience with purpose-led or non-profit organisations Familiarity with adapting content across social platforms Salary: £30–35k depending on experience Location: London (4 days in-studio, Fridays from home)
