Key Responsibilities Deliver Red Book-compliant valuations for loan security, tax, financial reporting, and internal decision-making. Conduct inspections, market research, and prepare detailed valuation reports. Support major projects and contribute to internal systems and business planning. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the valuation sector. Collaborate with colleagues to grow the valuation offering in the region. ✅ What We're Looking For Ideally MRICS-qualified with RICS Registered Valuer status. Strong technical knowledge of valuations and RICS standards. Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and ideally ARGUS software. Full UK driving licence. Additional Attributes Strong regional knowledge and professional network. Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
