This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing team with a strong regional presence and national reach, advising on complex lease matters across the South West and South Wales. ️ Your Role You'll work closely with agency and professional teams, delivering strategic lease consultancy advice across a diverse client base. From rent reviews and lease renewals to restructuring and Expert Witness work, you'll play a key role in shaping outcomes and driving value. Key Responsibilities Lead negotiations on rent reviews, lease renewals, and lease restructuring. Prepare Expert Witness Reports and represent clients in third-party proceedings. Manage and grow a portfolio of high-profile clients. Identify new business opportunities and support cross-selling initiatives.
