Graduate Recruitment Advisor

My client, a top-tier international law firm, is currently seeking a Graduate Recruitment Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. The Graduate Recruitment Advisor will have a focus on relationships with universities and graduate events and report to the Graduate Recruitment Manager, the key responsibilities will include: Manage relationships with university careers services and law faculties Build strong links with Graduate Recruitment Partners and University Alumni Partners Organise and deliver presentations, law fairs and skill sessions Manage full process of university events on and off campus Produce memos and briefings for representatives attending events Building new and relevant case studies Provide feedback and improvements on internal processes The Graduate Recruitment Advisor will be educated to degree level and have event organisation experience as well as experience supervising other team members. The right candidate will be able to positively impact those around them and will be able to recognise when team members need extra support. They will be engaging and personable and be able to maintain optimism when faced with challenging situations.
