MAGDALEN COLLEGE, OXFORD Outreach and Access Evaluation Officer (Reference Number: GH25003) Salary range: £29,959 – £38,249 per annum, plus £1,500 per annum (Oxford Location Allowance) Magdalen College is seeking to appoint an Outreach and Access Evaluation Officer. The successful candidate will work with the College’s Outreach and Access team to conduct an evaluation of the wide range of programmes, partnerships, and activities that the College undertakes, and will also provide some practical and administrative support to the team. This is a fixed-term position of 12 months’ duration. It is envisaged as a full-time post, but suitably qualified applicants who are only able to work part-time will also be considered (if a part-time appointment is made, the evaluation work will need to be conducted in full, with less time given to other tasks). The successful applicant will have a good first degree, relevant expertise in the type of evaluation work required for the post, relevant experience of Higher Education and an interest in outreach, excellent written and oral communication skills, a high level of computer literacy, and excellent interpersonal skills, time-management skills, and attention to detail. The post is available from Wednesday 1 October 2025 or as soon as possible thereafter.
