Your Mission : We are looking to hire a Quality Intern to join our Quality Office team in Castelletto. We offer a formative internship experience within an experienced Quality Control team, providing a practical understanding of quality control processes in the food industry. Key Responsibilities : Sampling and inspecting incoming raw materials (both food ingredients and packaging materials) Performing laboratory analyses within the internal lab Managing sample submissions to external laboratories In-line quality checks and final product release controls The Ideal Candidate : Degree in Biology, Food Technology, or a related field Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools Good command of English (both written and spoken); knowledge of a second language is a plus Team-oriented, with strong attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills and of course, a chocolate and gelato lover!
