Accounting, Manager

You manage the bookkeeping of our UK entity including reviewing and posting month-end journals (e.g. accruals, prepayments) You process incoming invoices and monitor outgoing invoices for the UK entity You prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns You compile the year-end audit file and coordinate with external accountants and auditors You provide payroll data to the external payroll provider and review their reports before FPS submission You prepare weekly cash flow statements for the UK entity You hold a degree in accounting or business administration and have at least 5 years of experience in a start-up or fast-growing environment You have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience for UK entities You possess solid knowledge of the UK tax system and confidently manage local tax compliance You are experienced with accounting tools such as Sage Business Cloud or Xero, with SAP knowledge being a strong advantage You are familiar with UK payroll processes and skilled in preparing accurate payroll data You are highly organized, able to set clear priorities, and work independently with exceptional attention to detail Co-founded by Lara Daniel and Chris Kastenholz in 2014, Pulse Advertising was born with avision to make advertising meaningful .
