Job Description Behaviour Mentor Location: Bromley & Surrounding Areas | Full-Time Are you a resilient and passionate individual with experience supporting young people? Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking dedicated Behaviour Mentors to work in mainstream secondary schools across Bromley, Lewisham, Greenwich , and surrounding parts of Southeast London . With immediate start dates available, we offer both long-term placements and flexible daily supply work to suit your availability. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will: Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with behavioural and emotional needs Implement tailored behaviour strategies and de-escalation techniques Build trusted relationships that help students re-engage with learning Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create a positive school experience This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals with experience in youth work, education, social care, or mentoring , who are ready to make a difference in students' lives.
