Full Time Coach

VYVE EXETER Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Coach based in Exeter. The role involves leading functional fitness classes in a high-energy, engaging, and motivating environment. An active presence on social media is encouraged, as confidence in posting and promoting content plays a key role in building awareness. We will provide support and invest in developing your marketing and social media skills, both for our brand and your personal platforms. A significant aspect of this role is community engagement, including organizing social events and in-house competitions to strengthen member connections and enhance the overall experience. Qualifications Experience in conducting both one-on-one and group coaching sessions would be prefered but not neccessary. Strong communication skills, including the ability to provide constructive feedback Understanding of coaching methodologies and staying updated with industry trends Ability to work independently and as part of a team Level 3 Personal training Qualification Minimum Any additional qualifications could be considered for additional work and roles
