This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and capable professional to become Operations coordinator. This is a new role where the successful candidate will help drive the operations side of the business forward. Working alongside the Team Leader, this role will ensure that the customer journey is seamless from providing enough course places for bookings to actioning new bookings and then supporting the delegates through the course. About the Job Provide administrative booking support to the regional sales team Provide first line phone support regards bookings and operational enquiries Advise on any processes changes that would bring about efficiencies Ensure a seamless flow for the customer from booking to course completion Support the TOL Manager and Team Leader to ensure team targets are achieved Work with other teams to ensure large contracts are handled and processed in an efficient manner Ensure all delegates are entered correctly onto all systems and have the access rights required to complete their course Action the scheduling of new courses and open for bookings as required, monitor fill rates Follow up with delegates to ensure that 100% attendance is achieved on all courses Award CPD points for completion of courses Liaise as required with other SEG businesses to ensure the smooth running of courses Monitor the ticket desks and respond to queries on all operational questions and booking questions Collate course feedback to share with team leader and manager Work with third party suppliers as required to ensure the correct dispatch of materials and monitor stock levels Meeting or exceeding planned targets for each quarter, including - Course availability, Bookings processed, SLA on ticket desk resolution About You Be reliable, hardworking and professional Have the ability to build strong relationships with peers and other teams across the business Demonstrate an excellent customer service manner, both written and oral Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail Driven to see things through to successful completion and end results Always looking for ways to improve all aspects of the business, from process to systems Work well at speed and under pressure Have the ability to organise, plan and prioritise time, tasks and resource effectively Be highly competent using technology platforms, both bespoke and off the shelf Demonstrate creativity, innovation and be able to solve problems Our Benefits 28 days holiday and get an extra day for each year you stay with us, up to max 33 days PLUS bank holidays. A requirement of the role is to cover certain hours so please be sure you can meet the following as these are a specific requirement of the job and we cannot be flexible. Monday and Thursday, working hours are 9.00am to 3.00pm. Tuesday and Wednesday, working hours are 8.00am to 4.00pm. This is a hybrid role with 2 days in office (Broad Walk House, Southernhay West, Exeter, EX1 1TS) and 2 days working from home. Tuesday is an office working day with the other to be confirmed.
