The role As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you’ll manage your own caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, landlord and tenant matters, and lender/borrower transactions. You’ll be given the autonomy to handle files from start to finish, while having the support of a close-knit team when needed. Client care is at the heart of this role. You’ll build strong and lasting relationships, ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and reassured throughout their transactions. Alongside fee-earning work, you’ll also have the chance to contribute to business development through networking and marketing, helping to strengthen the team’s presence in the local market.
