What you’ll be doing Leading and developing a high-performing, Chambers-ranked Court of Protection team Overseeing technical quality, compliance, and service delivery Monitoring and improving departmental KPIs and financial performance Contributing to firm-wide leadership and strategic planning Driving innovation in a tech-enabled legal environment Managing a reduced caseload alongside leadership duties What we’re looking for Significant Grade A experience in Court of Protection – Property & Affairs Proven experience managing or mentoring people (formal HoD role not essential) A natural leader: confident, commercially aware, supportive, and collaborative Strong communication and relationship-building skills at all levels Ambition to shape and grow a high-performing department We’re open to candidates who have led smaller deparments, managed a sub-teams, or played a key role in mentoring and supervision - this could be your platform to step up into full departmental leadership.
