Detailed job description and main responsibilities As a member of the Trust's Technical IT Team, you will work with multiple systems and programs; have the opportunity to install, maintain, upgrade and update IT hardware and software systems so that the Trust is able to operate at the highest possible level. This will involve liaising with members of staff across the team, Division and wider organisation. You may also communicate with external organisations as required and members of the public. You will need to be totally committed to learning and putting this in to practice in the workplace. You will be working in a busy healthcare environment as well as completing your apprenticeship programme. This is an opportunity in which you will be supported to develop your skills, knowledge, behaviours and National Vocational Qualification at Level 3. Person specification Qualifications Essential criteria Applicants aged 16-18 years old must hold and can evidence GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents/ Functional Skills Level 2) at grades 4 (C or above), as per apprenticeship funding rules. Applicants 19 must have a good level of Maths and English, but don't need to evidence with certificates as per apprenticeship funding rules.
