Key responsibility 1.Establish a full-link quality indicator system for international logistics, covering warehousing, trunk line, terminal, reverse logistics, and service provider links, to ensure that the indicators reflect real customer experience and key operational shortcomings. 2.Based on data analysis and customer feedback, identify key quality issues (such as loss, damage, delay, breakage, wrong delivery, missing loading, etc.), conduct root cause analysis, propose operable improvement plans and promote their implementation. 3.Formulate quality objectives and improvement mechanisms for regions/service providers/nodes, regularly organize quality review meetings, quality notifications, and quarterly/annual improvement evaluations to ensure closed-loop responsibility and continuous improvement. 4.Promote the construction of standardized management processes for quality issues, including problem collection, grading and accountability, follow-up and closing, recurrence prevention, cross-border collaboration, etc., to improve the overall response efficiency and control capabilities. Other subdivided fields include: category planning, overall coordination and follow-up of warehouse opening, support for import of external orders, etc. Language requirement: Chinese-English-French
