The mission: democratize access to villas in Southeast Asia’s most desirable destinations (Bali, Thailand, Philippines) starting from €1,000, with full transparency, digital onboarding, and construction tracking. The team is lean, global, and ambitious. This is not a standard job – it’s about shaping growth at the very beginning of a disruptive venture. The Role We are looking for a Content & Growth Manager – a true Swiss army knife – who can combine creativity, execution, and growth hacking to build the brand and drive user acquisition. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in early-stage chaos, loves testing, and can jump between writing, social media, community management, and analytics. What you’ll do: Content creation : write, edit, and publish engaging posts (LinkedIn, Medium, newsletters, short videos). Social growth : grow communities (LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, expat groups) with authentic content. Community engagement : manage early adopters and investor waitlists, turn them into ambassadors. Growth experiments : test acquisition channels (SEO, social selling, partnerships, referral loops). Brand building : help craft the narrative around co-ownership, tokenization, and dream assets. Support founders : assist with pitch decks, fundraising material, and PR outreach. What we’re looking for: Strong writing skills in English (French is a HUGE plus). Previous experience in content, community, or growth (startup background preferred). A “builder” mindset: resourceful, proactive, able to execute fast with limited resources. Curiosity for real estate, fintech, or Web3 . Comfortable juggling multiple roles: one day copywriting, the next setting up an email funnel. Why join?
