Job summary Responsible for supporting HR Projects for our Albéa Tubes activities and will be particularly involved into the improvement and deployment of our Talent Management tools About Albea & the Product line that is recruiting Albéa is a world leader in beauty, personal care, oral care, pharmaceutical and food packaging. Albéa la Défense is home to our global headquarters. Scope You will be based in our International Headquarters at la Défense, and you will work closely with the Tubes HR Team. Main activities • Support the improvement and deployment of our HR Campaigns to support the growth of our employees (mid-year review, people review) • Work on key Talent Development Projects • Coordinate global training completion (support organization of Tubes training session; follow-up on completion of training) • Gather and share sites’ HR Best Practices among the HR networks • Support our HR Communication, working closely with the communication manager and sites HR Business Partners • Work on HR Best practices benchmarks and trends to contribute to the improvement of our HR Roadmap Accountability including KPIs • Contribute to the quality and impact of our HR Campaigns • Support training roll-out • Gather and share best practices Profile (Experience & qualifications) • You are following a master’s degree or equivalent with an HR specialization and you did at least a 6 month internship in an HR position • You are proactive, rigorous and have knowledge on project management • You like building relationship with internal stakeholders • You are proficient using the Pack Office (mostly Excel and PowerPoint) • Fluent in English
