Responsibilities Conduct hands-on product immersion, analyze product features and performance, integrate retail sales insights to identify selling points. Develop practical product training materials and promoter sales tools to enhance retail performance. Responsible for new product training initiatives to ensure nationwide effective implementation. Manage social media training accounts (TikTok & Instagram), regularly create and publish product/sales skill short videos. Requirements Bachelor´s degree. 3 years of experience in product/sales training. Advanced English is mandatory. Working proficiency in Chinese is desirable. Passion for sales and technology. Enthusiasm for training, willingness to travel within Brazil, and ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, video editing, and related tools.
