ENDPOINT SECURITY ENGINEER

Candidates should be local from Guadalajara - PREFERR ROLE: ENDPOINT ENGINEER HYBRID / ONSITE Must have: Azure Virtual Desktop / AVD SCCM administration Endpoint Operations CISCO Security Endpoint Operations Technician who will be responsible for operating and supporting our Azure AVD and Microsoft Intune environment and the end users for our company’s physical endpoints (laptops, etc.) and virtual solutions. This role involves collaborating with the Desktop Engineering team to achieve project goals and offering daily end user escalation support. TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with Azure Virtual Desktops. • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Endpoint Operations Technician or similar. • Working knowledge on Microsoft Azure, FsLogix, GPO, Active Directory and PowerShell. • Experience with Day-to-day Endpoint Operations and escalations support. • Experience developing and testing software packages using Install shield or equivalent. • Skills managing a AVD environment (Azure Virtual Desktop) • Expert with SCCM administration, patch management, Imaging, Scripting, MSI, Packaging & Automation. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
