Job Description Application Services cover four areas: Applications Development; Applications Modernization and Transformation; Testing and Digital Assurance; and Applications Management. Responsibilities Identify customer needs, translate them into requirements, and support upselling/business development. Manage existing contracts ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and resource allocation. Deliver business value to customers using project management and technical skills. Maintain program documentation and prepare regular status reports. Lead technical teams or contribute to delivery activities by identifying and mitigating potential risks. Drive business development and upselling in Analytics, with a focus on the Public Sector Industry. Basic Qualifications Extensive experience in programs/services related to application solutions, preferably in the public sector. Excellent relational and analytical skills; proactive with the ability to work in teams. Goal-oriented with attention to detail and quality. Italian native speaker. Other Qualifications Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Agile, and ITIL are advantageous. Work Location: Naples, with remote work options and travel availability.
